Tommy Alfredo

Tommy Alfredo holds a degree from Iona College and additional training from the Botanical Gardens. He has worked alongside his father and grandfather, then spent more than three decades leading Alfredo LDC into one of the region’s most capable landscape operations.

MAINTENANCE / HORTICULTURAL DIVISION
Mike Ascenzi

Mike has been a valued member of Alfredo LDC since 1987, bringing more than 35years of expertise in high end landscape maintenance. He possesses a deep understanding of turf and horticultural management, with specialized knowledge in agronomics and operational planning. Michael’s experience and attention to detail ensures that landscapes are maintained to the highest standards of health, appearance, and sustainability.

PERENNIAL / HORTICULTURAL DIVISION
Lisa Bladis

Lisa has been with Alfredo since 2002. With over two decades of experience in horticulture and landscape management, Lisa specializes in creating unique, personally tailored gardens and planters for every location and season. Whether it’s a kitchen herb garden, a cutting garden, or a vibrant spring bulb display, seasonally planted urns, her creations entice you outdoors, to enjoy your year-round garden.

LANDSCAPE / NURSERY DIVISION
James Helbock

Jim has been a key member of Alfredo LDC since 1994, bringing more than 30 years of expertise in high-end landscape construction. His extensive experience spans operational planning, project budgeting, and team leadership, ensuring each project is executed with precision and efficiency. Jim is highly knowledgeable in plant materials, installation practices, and long-term landscape growth, allowing him to create outdoor environments that are both beautiful and enduring.

DESIGN & PROJECT COORDINATION
Lori Sacewicz

Lori Sacewicz has been a valued member of Alfredo LDC for over 25years. Graduating with a BSLA in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University. She brings extensive industry expertise to her role. Lori serves as our primary liaison with building departments, managing the permitting process with efficiency and precision. She also oversees all budgeting, hardscape and specialty orders while coordinating the subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Her knowledge and dedication play a key role in enabling Alfredo LDC to consistently deliver high-quality results to clients on schedule.
